Established in late 2020, by Richard Markey, Lease Electric is an independent vehicle finance and leasing broker dedicated to helping businesses and individuals transition to a more sustainable future with electric vehicles (EVs).
Specialising exclusively in EVs, we support individuals and organisations to go electric. Whether that’s company cars, pool cars, vans or a family friendly SUV, we work directly with all major vehicle manufacturers and a trusted panel of funders.
At the heart of Lease Electric is a commitment to sustainability that goes beyond simply supplying zero-emission vehicles. While EVs produce no tailpipe emissions, we recognise that their production still generates a carbon footprint. That’s why we invest in certified carbon reduction projects to offset the 20 tonnes of carbon produced during an EV’s manufacture. In addition, we plant 100 trees per vehicle, equivalent to twice the carbon generated by charging an EV over its lifetime using non-renewable electricity.
